Auto Assembly 2010 is finally over and we wanted to share some final updates with all of you. From our final attendance figures and charity updates to some special thankyou messages, this is part of our closing comments on the convention...That's not all though as this episode also kicks off our first announcements for Auto Assembly 2011 so sit back and enjoy the show!

With Auto Assembly 2010 officially starting tomorrow in Birmingham, England some of the guest and attendees have already arrived. These include Derrick J Wyatt, Jim Sorenson and Bill Forster who's appearance at Europe's largest Transformers Convention were funded by the guys from Transformers @ Moon. Auto Assembly has just announced that Saturday tickets are now available again. Due to the demand, and so no one misses out, this is being done by them taking all remaining weekend tickets and making them "flexible" so that going on just the Saturday is now an option. Also announced were certain booking deadlines are now extended, and the competitions that will be going on during the event just by having booked your pass and having your ticket number. Thanks to Snakas who has posted a report and lots of images of the tour they recently did of the Tranformers Museum that is traveling around Japan. Get a look at lots of Transformers history that is depicted mostly through toy displays. Hasbro is kicking off the start of the first ever official TRANSFORMERS fan convention to be held in Asia, “TRANSFORMERS Cybertron Con,� at the East Asia Exhibition Hall at the Shanghai World Expo. Building on the tremendous momentum and enthusiasm for Hasbro’s popular brand around the world, the Company is presenting an extensive collection of historical TRANSFORMERS items from throughout the brand’s 26 year history.

This year, Hasbro have generously supplied us with no less than THIRTY sets Of the eagerly anticipated Challenge At Cybertron boxed set featuring Universe Cyclonus, Galvatron and Rodimus! This set is not being released in the UK and at the moment, it's not even released in the US and when it is, it will be a Target exclusive!!

Recently the Auto Assembly 2010 website updated with the amount of tickets that have been pre-booked and has now reached 506 pre-registrants, not only braking last years record of 501, but it has set a new European record for a Transformers convention. Also it has been announced that James Roberts has been added to the list of guests to attend this years convention. From October 1st to October 3rd, 2010 the seventh edition of the Jornadas de Transfans Españolas convention (JDT) will be held in the Spanish city of . This convention, formerly known as Jornadas de Transformers Españolas, is the annual meeting in which Spanish fans celebrate their passion for these toys through exhibitions, lectures, contests and activities.

We are now proud to announce the addition of TWO more guests to the convention in the shape of Jim Sorenson and Bill Forster, writers of the AllSpark Almanac and it's newly released follow-up! Making their European convention debut, they will be on hand all weekend to meet and talk to fans and sign autographs and they will be taking to the stage on the Sunday to give a presentation and take questions about their work on what is considered to be one of the best Transformers books released for years.

Auto Assembly, Europe's largest Transformers convention, has been continually looking for new and innovative ways to keep its attendees and would-be attendees informed of all the latest developments with the convention in an easy to digest manner.
