Kevin Dunn Negotiating to Return in Transformers 3

By bwbm on Thursday, March 11, 2010

Kevin Dunn, who played the role Ron Witwicky in Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, is currently in negotiations to reprise his role in Transformers 3, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

THR mistakenly cites Mr. Dunn as having played the role of his son Sam Witwicky, portrayed by Shia LaBeouf.

Mr. Dunn is slated to appear in Tony Scott's Unstoppable.

I hope that he decides to walk. I thought the parents along with the roommate were the worst in the series. The mom was nominated for a razzie and I think she won! That's how bad those scenes have become. I'm not sure if the other two were nomiated for razzies, but I'm positiv... read more

I like this guy and would be happy to see him back, same with the mom so long as they don't put her on another freakout. He never got any breakout rolls, but I've never not enjoyed this guys work. There's a nice range to him.
